Online Driving Course Requirements

Taking the online class to dismiss a traffic ticket is a five-step process:

1) Registration: After completing your preliminary registration on our website you must email, fax, or bring a legible copy of your driver license and ticket to our office. Our office will review your documents and as a courtesy, check your eligibility. You are ultimately responsible for proving your eligibility for the ticket dismissal class. 123EZ will verify your documents and open your class within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

2) Payment: If you did not pay when you enrolled, go to our Home Page, click on Login and enter your login information to pay for the class with your MasterCard, Discover or Visa credit or debit cards. After payment for the class is approved, the registration process is complete.

3) Proceed Through the Class: You will then proceed to take the class online. The online driving school must be completed no later than 7 days prior to your court date.

4) Simple Online Image Test: 99.9% of our students pass with 24 or 25 correct! Throughout the course, 25 images NOT RELATED to defensive driving are displayed. These images are referred to as “course participation images” and you will be tested on the images displayed. You must receive a score of at least 80% correct on the simple online test. You are given ONLY 1 opportunity to pass the test. If you fail the test and time permits, you will be referred to a classroom course. We encourage you to write down the images as you see them.

5) Print Certificate: You can print your Defensive Driving Course Certificate of Completion at the completion of the ticket dismissal course and test. We will notify the court of your completion but you should keep your certificate for your records.

There are no refunds of school or state fees if you fail the test or do not complete the class. You have NOT completed the course until you have completed the online curriculum and passed the test on the “course participation images”.
